Shawn Finder is a former top tennis player turned successful entrepreneur with a background in sales and lead generation.

After choosing an entrepreneurial path over pursuing a tennis career, Shawn founded ExchangeLeads to assist companies in building customized prospect lists.

In 2018, Shawn launched Autoklose, a sales automation platform benefiting over 3000 sales professionals globally, enabling them to save time and automate repetitive tasks.

Utilizing his sales expertise, Shawn achieved significant milestones like bringing ExchangeLeads to breakeven in just 5.5 months and filling sales representatives' calendars with an average of 38 meetings per week.

Shawn specializes in lead generation, sales strategy implementation, sales coaching, keynote speaking, and turning ideas into reality.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from McMaster University and an Honors BA in Business/Economics from York University.

Formerly, Shawn held various roles such as Sales GM at Autoklose, CEO of ExchangeLeads, and Vice President of Sales at Technology.
