Shay Zandani is a results-driven Entrepreneur with a proven track record in creating and driving organizational value through solutions innovation, product development, and technology integration. With experience in small start-ups and Fortune 15 companies across U.S., LATAM, and European markets, he excels in identifying and capitalizing on expansion and innovation opportunities to grow profitable enterprises with a loyal customer base.

He started his cybersecurity journey by founding the Information Warfare Department at the Israeli Air Force in the 90s, where his leadership pioneered the use of data manipulation for cyber offenses. As the former CEO of Kesselman Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS), a PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) subsidiary in Israel, Shay conducted risk and cybersecurity maturity assessments for large enterprises globally. His career highlights include co-founding Cytegic - the first cybersecurity risk management platform, and establishing GYTs Holdings as a services company in the US. Additionally, he was a partner at KPMG LLP’s Advisory Services practice in New York, focusing on cyber security innovation in the Financial Services industry.

Shay Zandani's expertise encompasses a unique blend of private and public sector experience, coupled with a deep understanding of how cyber risks impact organizations' bottom line. His global experience spans Forensics investigation, Enterprise Risk Management, and Business Continuity Planning projects. Elected as the President of ISACA Israel in 2013, after serving as the head of the professional committee for 7 years, Shay was also involved with ISACA's global task force for the CSX cyber exams.

Education-wise, Shay holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, alongside an Executive MBA (EMBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
