This is really interesting... how much coffee do you drink in a day?

I recently found the Headspace Inc. app & it has changed my daily routine dramatically. Some of my happiest colleagues meditate before work or practice yoga. It is hard to turn off the to-do lists, the adrenaline of work, tomorrows big meeting. But giving yourself time to breathe....hear your breath... inhale the good, and exhale all of the hesitation, doubt, fear, stress, anxiety, overflowing inbox, embarrassment of kale in your teeth during an video call... You can really increase your focus, decrease your stress/hormone levels, and propel productivity... and this article is saying, give up caffeine.

Do you meditate before or after work?

"The research shows that the style of leadership millennials are modeling and seeking to emulate is more diverse and inclusive than in previous generations. It’s more about partnership. It’s more about staying true to personal values.

A great culture, then, is a solution to the turnover problem many organizations face with younger employees—especially in today’s tight labor market."
