Shelby Chen is the Managing Partner at Tsing Capital, China's first investment firm dedicated to environmental impact and ESG investing.12 She brings significant experience in leading investments in sustainable businesses and has previously worked at General Electric (GE) and DuPont, where she led cross-border initiatives.1

Chen's educational background includes studies at Tsinghua University, where she focused on Automation Engineering as well as Economics and Management. Her career journey showcases a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
