I am very much in favor of emergency relief for people who truly need it, but this DC system is BROKEN, and it being ABUSED. When tenants who CAN PAY but AREN'T PAYING months or YEARS worth of rent (on top of rising operating and insurance costs...) then the building suffers, and the other paying tenants suffer!
There needs to be a better solution. Any ideas??
(Kudos to our Operating Partners at CIH for taking the lead on exposing this issue.)
To all my Philly Pholks! Tomorrow, Wednesday May 8th, from 5-7pm, Kendra Scott (https://lnkd.in/eJtH8_Td) in Suburban Square will be donating 20% of all IN-PERSON sales to the Jewish Relief Agency! If you haven't yet bought a Mother's Day gift for a Mom in your life, perhaps consider a beautiful piece of jewelry and a meaningful donation in her honor!
