We are looking for a National Director, Grant Writing & Proposal Development at Crossroads. This role will focus on grants strategy by providing high level writing of grant proposals and strategically linking funding opportunities with KPIs to further the mission of the organization. The Director will be responsible for managing a comprehensive grant submission process, conducting the full range of activities required to prepare and submit timely, accurate, compelling, polished proposals (including budgets) to funding sources.
