Shely Aronov holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, reflecting his strong academic background in business and engineering.

Prior to establishing InnerPlant, Shely Aronov founded Yamba Hummus and gained valuable experience in various roles, including Business Development Intern at National Semiconductor, CEO at EDT Marine Construction in Colombia, Management Consultant at Minet Technologies, and Commander in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces.
