Shilpa Kaji is an entrepreneurial leader with over 11 years of experience in developing and scaling early and growth stage e-commerce ventures. She excels in bringing together cross-functional teams to lead product vision execution.

Shilpa has a strong background in strategy and P&L ownership, having managed POPSUGAR's 8-figure e-commerce P&L and leading GTM strategy for new product launches. The POPSUGAR Must Have subscription box led by her has received numerous awards and stands out in the $2 billion lifestyle subscription box industry.

In operations and product management, Shilpa oversees daily e-commerce operations across bi-coastal 3PLs. She has successfully led multiple website redesigns resulting in significant increases in average order value.

With a focus on business development, Shilpa has directed the strategy and execution of over 30 co-branded partnerships with major brands like Neiman Marcus, Target, Disney, and others, generating substantial advertising revenue.

Shilpa's specialties include e-commerce operations, strategy, P&L management, business development, cross-functional team leadership, logistics, forecasting, product management, merchandising, and customer acquisition.

Outside of work, Shilpa enjoys long distance cycling and has completed the AIDS Lifecycle, a 545-mile cycling event from San Francisco to Los Angeles twice.

She holds a BA in Urban Design and Economics from New York University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School.

Shilpa's professional experience includes roles at Apple, where she worked on WW Retail Fulfillment Operations, as well as senior leadership positions at POPSUGAR in operations and planning for e-commerce. She has also held roles at Gilt.com, Gap Inc., Decorati Inc., TEN Arquitectos, and Amy Lau Design.
