Highlights
Let’s talk productivity and prioritization.
I’ve tried so many things to try to effectively use my time (and still continuing to try):
- Hourly, daily, weekly planning.
- Timeboxing
- Kanban
- Scrum
- Bullet journaling
Project managing my own life.
Pretty much becoming a planning junkie. Wish I was more of an application junkie instead.
Came across another tool in my search which I believe provides flexibility and also ensures the work being done is impactful.
3 hours a day on something that provides high value. 2 hours for medium. 1 hour for low. Will be trying this for the next couple of weeks
Anyone have a method that worked for them?
Recently, I got a fresh taste of how important it is to have properly defined requirements and to at least spend a little bit more to have a prototype before throwing everything at a solution.
Decided to go with a new vendor for my varsity shirts. Although the material and sizing is perfect, the print wasn’t as effective as it was with the first vendor.
My fault was that I didn’t account for how far the text should be from the armpits - leading to a completely different experience.
I bought 50 pairs of these before looking at the prototype.
The bright side is that these will have the same quality, sizing, and durability and will be marked as the MISFITZ COLLECTION - sold at a discount rate.
Any other thoughts on how I can turn this into an opportunity?
