In her professional career, Sibel has held notable positions at Novo Holdings, where she currently serves as a Principal. She has also excelled as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Principal Investments division at the same organization. Prior to her tenure at Novo Holdings, Sibel gained valuable experience as an Associate Consultant at prestigious firms like Bain & Company, Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She has also contributed her expertise as a Visiting Associate at BCG.

Furthermore, Sibel's professional journey includes roles such as a Junior Associate Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and a Student Assistant in the Emerging Segments & Markets Team at Vestas.
