Having been instrumental in leading digital go-to-market transformations at CA Technologies, a $4 billion enterprise software provider, Sid successfully transitioned the company from legacy on-premises to SaaS and digital solutions. Under his leadership, a new digital sales and demand generation organization was established, growing to over 300 employees within 30 months and delivering substantial revenue growth.

Sid Kumar's approach to problem-solving focuses on driving real business impact while prioritizing team collaboration and open communication.
