Sierra Fan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in economics, finance, and operations. Sierra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University, showcasing a strong academic foundation. Prior to her undergraduate studies, Sierra attended Henry M. Gunn High School, highlighting her commitment to education.

Throughout her career, Sierra has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. She co-founded illu and served as the Director of Finance and Operations at Mee Panyar. Sierra also gained valuable experience at Morgan Stanley, where she worked as a Project Finance Associate, Project Finance Analyst, and Fixed Income Derivatives Analyst. Her tenure at Morgan Stanley included a role as a Summer Analyst.

In addition to her financial expertise, Sierra has demonstrated a keen interest in international development and research. She served as the Director of International Programming at the Harvard Forum for International Development and as a Research Analyst at Intervale Capital. Sierra also contributed to research efforts at the Harvard Decision Science Laboratory and gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Hay Group.

Sierra's passion for entrepreneurship and women's leadership is evident through her roles as the Entrepreneurship Co-Director at Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business and as the Co-founder and International Project Coordinator at One Million Lights Philippines. She further showcased her dedication to social impact as a Student Ambassador at One Million Lights.
