Sierra Kirtz, M.ED is a dedicated professional with a passion for customer education and enablement, specializing in customer success, onboarding, and support. She holds a Master of Education in Learning, Design & Technology with a focus on Instructional Design & Development from The University of Georgia. Sierra also has a Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Barbara and has studied a certificate program at Linkedin Learning. Her educational background includes eLearning design, user experience, and project management.

Sierra's career has encompassed various roles in reputable organizations. Currently, she serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding & Education at unitQ. Previously, she worked as a Customer Education Advisor at Strigo, was a Member at CustomerEducation.Org, held the position of Manager of Customer Onboarding and Education at Tomorrow.io, and served as a Customer Enablement Lead at Hudson MX. Sierra also gained valuable experience at AppFolio, Inc., where she worked in roles such as Senior Training and Onboarding Specialist, Onboarding & Implementation Specialist, and Customer Success Associate. Earlier in her career, Sierra was a Program Operations Assistant at UCSB - Housing and Residential Services.
