Proud of this new milestone in my coaching journey, which started six years ago. The PCC level means you have had over 125 hours of training by an ICF accredited school, delivered over 500 coaching hours and passed an assessment on your coaching skills. Every single minute of this journey has been so fulfilling. More than a process or a methodology, coaching is a mindset, which takes time to develop. I encourage all new coaches to have patience and not to give up. The beginning can be very hard but it only gets better as you develop your skills and consciousness, while gaining more confidence with practice. Thank you, International Coaching Federation, iPEC Coaching, CRR Global, INSEAD Executive Education, my mentors, professors, peers, my Coaching Supervisor Laurence Barrett, and all the incredible clients and partners I've had so far! 🙏
