Highlights
Fridays I like to reflect on the week that has happened. I encourage everyone to do the same...
What went well? What went badly?
These are the easy questions, the key here is WHY?
If I understand why then, if it was a good thing, I can do it again, if it was a bad thing, I can change my behaviour, change it to a good thing.
These are not huge, life changing, things, they're the little things that just oil the cogs and make my activities go a little more smoothly.
This week I've had candidates starting with new clients, a good thing, could they have gone better, probably!
Does everyone else have a Friday ritual?
First week back after 2 weeks of annual leave, there's always the trepidation that you're going to walk into total carnage. Luckily I work with an exceptional team who have covered off my work with ease, leaving me to just handle offers and start dates. Maybe I should take more time off?
