During her time at Multiverse, Siobhan contributed to the company’s exponential growth from 50 employees to an impressive 900, while also fostering a community of over 10,000 apprentices across the UK and the US. Her holistic approach to employee engagement and training development has been instrumental in creating an inclusive culture that empowers individuals to thrive.
Siobhan has also made strides in her role as a former Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Business Partner at Knight Frank, addressing the significance of DEI across different industries.
