Sivagami Subbaraman is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in writing, research, and training in a wide range of diversity issues, including gender, race, faith/religion, sexual orientation, class, and disability. She specializes in intergroup dialogue methods, conflict resolution, and mediation. Sivagami has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in challenging institutional environments. Her strengths also lie in external relations, alumni relations, donor development, and fundraising. She has conducted specialized diversity training institutes focusing on LGBTQ/interfaith, LGBTQ/Race, and intersectionality, along with Multicultural Organizational Development and Training in diverse settings.
