Highlights

Nov 30 · linkedin

After 4 years at Uber, I'm beyond thrilled to announce I've joined the team at Delphina!

There are two major reasons I joined:

First and foremost, a positive, inclusive, talented company culture is of utmost importance to me, and it's been an absolute pleasure working with co-founders and fellow Uber alums Duncan Gilchrist and Jeremy Hermann, as well as alongside talented folks like Pedro O., Thomas Barthelemy and Wei Hao, from whom I've already learned a ton.

Second, the product: the Delphina product was exactly the product I wished I had while working on science and machine learning problems at Uber and Stitch Fix.

At Delphina we are developing next generation tooling for anyone who uses data to make decisions. Powered by recent innovations in LLMs and data infrastructure, our tech both reduces the effort involved in the day-to-day work of DS and MLEs, while driving forward the quality and impact of data work.

If any of this sounds compelling to you, we're hiring for a number of open positions across Engineering, Ops, and LLM Research Science. Check out our jobs site linked below. Don't hesitate to get in touch!
