Career growth/change motivation stepping stone: The power which motivates us humans should always come from inside. Not from the outside conditions. These may change frequently. Nevertheless our cognitive and emotional Awareness remains solid, stable and increases with every decisive step towards Self improvement and Realization. Never underestimate this power. Never let the "what if", "but" determine your judgement. Support it and work hard to achieve the outside key factors. Do not look back only far ahead. Do not wait for the sun to shine. Learn to dance in the rain. Life is a gift. Be thankful.
