Stacey Cunningham is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in leading financial markets institutions such as the New York Stock Exchange, Intercontinental Exchange, Bank of America, and Nasdaq.

As the President of the New York Stock Exchange, she managed the world's largest exchange, overseeing 2300 top companies and was part of the Intercontinental Exchange executive management team.

Under Cunningham's leadership, the NYSE excelled in global capital raising and pioneered innovation in the capital markets, notably with the introduction of Direct Listings for companies seeking public market access.

Known for advocating for companies and investors in front of regulators and lawmakers, Cunningham frequently speaks on the economic and societal impact of capitalism and free markets.

She played a crucial role in advancing issues like board diversity through initiatives like the NYSE Board Advisory Council.
