The Board Room. One of the most intimidating locations in business for CMOs. You have to follow your CEO's lead and align with your peers, all while intelligently presenting to a room full of people with varying interest areas, experience levels, and opinions. I've presented to boards as CMO, been on boards as board director, and had my own board as a CEO. Looking forward to this discussion with my highly esteemed friends Carilu Dietrich and Chandar Pattabhiram as we discuss this very important (and at times angst-filled) topic at the SaaStr CMO Brunch, Sept 12th. So here for this photo! Not only does it captures women supporting women, but it shows that even at the highest level of competition, it's okay to embrace fun and friendship without taking oneself too seriously. You can just Imagine their spirits when Jordan suggested to Simone that they bow down to Andrade. #WomenSupportingWomen #Friendship #Fun #Competition #Empowerment
