Stacey Langford is a passionate advocate for ethical farming and sustainable food systems, who runs Coghlan Cottage Farm. She transitioned from being a vegetarian to an ethical pig farmer, focusing on bringing sanity and soul back to the food system. Apart from caring for piglets, Stacey writes about Slow Values and empowers women to embrace a slower pace of life and pursue their passions.

Her educational background includes studies in Drawing from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Arts and English from the University of Victoria, and Painting & Drawing from Victoria College of Art.

Stacey Langford has been involved in various organizations such as Coghlan Cottage Farm + Mercantile as a Co-Founder, Tiny Acorn Marketing Co. as an Owner, BC Human Rights Tribunal as a Case Manager, and Art In Motion as Regional Sales and Business Development professional.
