I just hired my third youth apprentice. All have been current high school students. And wow. We often underestimate what our youth are capable of. These students have all brought unique experiences, talents and skills to the table. My colleagues and I hope we're helping them learn the day-to-day work and the soft skills they'll need to be successful. What I do know for sure is that WE learn from THEM every day.
