Each year, we welcome two young men completing their civil service at everyone codes. Fresh out of school, they often lack extensive work experience but they are very motivated and always bring new perspectives.
These individuals learn swiftly and are always eager to tackle challenges. You won't hear "That does not work" from them - instead, they find solutions through persistence and creativity.
This experience continually reminds me that most skills can be learned - a fact some companies seem to overlook when hiring career switchers in their 20s or 30s.

Last week, I sold an English keyboard on willhaben.at to a young man studying for his Master's in Computational Science and Engineering in Vienna. After we talked about his previous work and I looked at his resume, I thought he would be perfect for someone in my network who needs IT skills (e.g. IT support).
If you're aware of a position that suits Yash's abilities, reach out and bring him into your team quickly – he won't be available for long!
Also, if you know anyone seeking remote job opportunities, please share this post with them. Together, we can help more individuals find fulfilling jobs and proudly declare, "𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐛!"
