With a background in designing, leading, and implementing global smart distributed energy programs, Steph has expertise in creating eco-responsible future technology solutions for C-level clients.

Having held various roles in companies like Black & Veatch, CH2M (Jacobs), Schlumberger, and the US Department of Defense, Steph has gained extensive experience in client development and technology.

Steph is credited with developing the innovative SAFE™ Method (Solar Automated Feature Extraction) methodology, which streamlines the assessment of rooftop Photovoltaic (PV) potential, starting in San Francisco and expanding globally.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys traveling and excels in combat classes.

Education-wise, Steph has academic backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, GIS, and Mathematics from the University of Iowa and the University of Colorado.
