11/09/2023. A date I will remember for a very long time. This afternoon I was officially sworn in as an Honorary Commander at the 142nd Wing with the Oregon Air National Guard. I’m just so professionally humbled, personally excited, and proud. Deeply proud. And honored. Thank you for letting me share this milestone here. • #redhawks #f15 #f15eagle #f15ex #hometownairforce #pdx

Today is an anniversary date of immense importance to me, personally. I’ve been saving this image for just today. For those who don’t know, I am Board Chair of the Oregon International Air Show and we have two airshows a year. This weekend we are kicking off our 2022 season with the “She Flies” all-female airshow in Hillsboro, Oregon. She flies with her own wings is Oregon’s state motto. It seems so fitting. One of my dearest friends loved this idea so much and I wish she could be here. To the whole OIAS team who is working incredibly long hours to launch the show Friday evening… it’s showtime. Let’s crush this. #SheFliesOregon
