She played a key role in establishing product and design organizations at Thrivent, where she focused on shaping the digital future for clients, members, and advisors. Stephanie possesses deep knowledge in human-centered design methods, research, and capability building, catering to a wide range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, music & entertainment, travel, hospitality & leisure, and healthcare. She is also actively involved in lecturing and teaching on design strategy, research, and leadership.

Stephanie's educational background includes a Master of Design in Design Strategy & Research, a Master of Business Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies from Loyola University New Orleans. She also studied at Seoul International School.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has held various key roles such as Design Director, Digital Advisor Experience at Thrivent, Director, Strategic Design at Thrivent, Director, Corporate & Community Partner Engagement at IIT Institute of Design, Service Delivery Transformation Lead at Humana, Manager at Doblin, and Director of Operations at Meeting Trader Inc. Additionally, she has served as Adjunct Faculty at IIT Institute of Design and has been a part of organizations like Shambhala center and Trunk Club. Stephanie's diverse experience includes positions in research, project management, insights lead, and market analysis, showcasing her versatility and expertise.
