Stephanie Woollard is a passionate individual dedicated to creating positive change through business. In 2006, she embarked on a journey after meeting 7 disabled women in Katmandu and invested in their skill development with $200, leading to the establishment of Seven Women Inc.

Under her leadership, Seven Women Inc. has grown to encompass a team of over 50 staff and volunteers in Australia, empowering over 5000 women through education, skills training, and employment. The organization runs three enterprises including a manufacturing business, cooking school, and tour company.

Stephanie's work has gained international recognition, culminating in the receipt of a Responsible Business Award at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Her mission emphasizes economically empowering marginalized women and spreading the model to inspire others.

She conducts 10-day Immersions, offering small group tours focused on life-changing adventures that benefit both travelers and local communities. These tours include visits to world heritage sites and interactions with inspiring locals dedicated to environmental issues, fair trade, and combating human trafficking.

Stephanie Woollard's educational background includes studies in travel and tourism, social entrepreneurship, peace studies, conflict resolution, and international development at institutions like Jet Set Travel Training College, SSE School for Social Entrepreneurs, Uppsala University, and La Trobe University.

She is the Founder and CEO of Seven Women Inc, a former Founder of Hands on Development, and has experience as a Documentary Producer for 'Bringing the Light: The Story of Seven Women'. Stephanie is also a Speaker, Author, and Advocate with a focus on making a positive impact in the world.
