Stephen Bourdow has accumulated over 20 years of experience as a development professional and fundraiser, excelling in leadership, team-building, and relationship-based sales. He has held key positions in various non-profit organizations and higher education institutions, demonstrating his expertise in corporate relations, operations, and inspiring individuals and groups.

Apart from his career in sales and fundraising, Stephen has an extensive background in coaching youth sailing programs and serving as the head sailing coach at Stanford University. He has successfully coached numerous Olympic medalists and world champions, showcasing his elite coaching abilities. Stephen's own Olympic Silver Medal in the 1992 Barcelona Games underlines his dedication and love for the sport of sailing.

In his leisure time, Stephen enjoys quality moments with his family in Santa Cruz and engaging in biking activities. His profound experience in fundraising and leadership positions him as a valuable addition to any organization.

Education-wise, Stephen pursued an MBA in Finance with a focus on non-profits at Santa Clara University and obtained a BA in History from Tulane University.

Notably, Stephen was the Head Sailing Coach and Program Director at Stanford University Athletics.
