In this video, I’m gonna speak about how to use Meta frames and your view of reality to increase your sales and peak performance and whatever field you’re in.
How to gamify your sales success, and never have a bad day again
Good afternoon. So what I want to speak about on this call is how to take your calls in sets or groups.
What do I mean sets ?I want you to consider each set of your sales calls as a new day.
Be real you day down into sets of ten so you are like Super Mario with unlimited lives.
So what happens a lot of times with salespeople is that they begin to worry about the past or projected into the future.
What is going to allow us to have the most sales success is to be as present as possible.
So when you begin your day, the first thing I want you to do is I want you to do the least possible. Let's say you're having a tough day and you're about to start work and the spouse is mad and the kids aren't doing there homework and you're worried about your performance.
Don't worry about that. Just pick up the phone and take the first 10 calls and go through your process in its entirety.
Okay. Now, you may end up getting some great sales in there. You may not it doesn't matter.
And then what I want you to do is take a quick break and I want you to reset whether you got 10 sales out of 10 or zero sales out of 10 or 3 or 4 whatever make it relevant to your product
Doesn't matter. Okay. Then I want you to reset and prepare for the next day. And that's your next 10 calls. You see where we're going with this. A lot of times salespeople cap themselves because they start out well, and they put pressure on themselves to have a big day. There's no need to do that.
