Capital for a better world
Professional Background
Steve Curtis is an inspirational investor, entrepreneur, adventurer, and revolutionary thought leader whose journey reflects resilience and triumph against extraordinary odds. He was raised by a single mother in a low-income household, which laid the foundation for his tenacity and work ethic. At just 19 years old, Steve embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by starting his first business with a modest $500 credit card. His ambition and innovative vision allowed him to grow this initial venture into a highly successful enterprise, ultimately achieving a valuation of half a billion dollars before selling it.
Today, Steve is at the helm of a diverse portfolio of globally impactful companies and non-profits that span various sectors such as natural pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods (CPG), film, hospitality, technology, and venture capital. His career trajectory took a dramatic turn at the age of 24 when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer for which there was no cure. Instead of succumbing to despair, Steve chose to fight back by assembling a dedicated research team and embarking on a quest around the globe for answers. His relentless pursuit of healing led him from renowned medical institutions like Yale and Stanford to the jungles where traditional healers and shamans offered their wisdom. This life-altering experience fueled his passion for creating transformative solutions in medicine and healing and significantly shaped his present-day ventures.
One pivotal moment in Steve's journey was his realization that he could not bring a drug to market fast enough to cure himself. When he learned about the phenomenon of spontaneous remission, he set a bold and ambitious goal to summit Mount Everest while also seeking his own healing. Five years later, he achieved both, establishing himself as not just a survivor but as a survivor with a mission: to revolutionize global medicine. His healing was achieved without modern medicine, allowing him to glean insights that form the very essence of his current work.

Highlights
It’s been a wild couple of weeks!
First, I am honoured to have been featured as the opening keynote speaker at the Toastmasters District 96 Annual Conference, where I spoke on a topic I thought I would never be able to feature in public. The speech went off with great success, and now I’m off on another adventure.
Starting in Tucson, I’m met with meditation master Shinzen Young, and Jay Sanguinetti to explore the nature of reality. From there, we met Stuart Hameroff for dinner to discuss how technology can support the journey to the higher possibilities of human nature, and the validation and activation of quantum biology.
Next, a synchronicity filled breakfast with Gary Schwartz, and a demo on the soul phone in action (technology that bridges our realm to the spirit realm). Then, to the desert for a beautiful and inspiring conversation with the profound Culadasa on the nature of Siddis and the reality of magic in surrender.
Now, to vision quest! It’s now 5-10 days meditating alone in the remote Arizona desert, no technology, no books, no food, no water, no fire; only mediation at the edge of life.

It's so interesting seeing different theories for why and how people come into anxious states, stay there, and let go. Ultimately, I’ve never seen it as a complicated matrix, but as a choice: fear or love?
There’s a great quote by Albert Einstein characterizing this existence for people, something so simple yet so transcendental: “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”
A simple choice, but hard to make for some. How can people simply choose to operate and live in either a vibration of fear or love?
