Steve Davis, the owner of SteveDavisDrums, is an American jazz drummer born in 1958 in Santa Barbara, California.13 He is a virtuoso jazz drummer with an extensive career in performance, recording, and education.23

Davis has performed with numerous renowned jazz musicians, including David Liebman, Bill Evans, Richie Beirach, and John Pattitucci.2 He has over 165 recordings to his credit, including 10 of his own albums.2 Some of his notable works as a leader include "Songs We Know" (1996) and "Quality of Silence" (1999).1
