I am pleased to announce that Juan David Fajardo McLeod has joined the Executive Springboard, LLC network of mentors. I met Juan when we both worked at Imation, where he served as Regional Manager for the North of Latin America, as well as sub-Saharan Africa. He later assumed responsibility for the company’s Consumer division in Mexico and North Latin America as well as Country Manager for his native Colombia. Juan moved to VMware as Partner & Alliances Business Manager for the Andean Region. He shifted from technology to personal care and pharmaceuticals with Genomma Lab, first as Country Manager for Colombia and then as President of Brazil. More recently, Juan was Country Manager for DISAN LATAM Colombia, distributing chemical products for personal care, food & beverage and pharma industries, and finally as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Latin America for NatuEra cannabis products and SaaS and HaaS solutions.
