I attended Csaba Toth's last webinar.
It was very interesting, and Csaba led a very good question, comment, and answer session after.
As Csaba states in this article, and as he stated during the webinar, "soft skills" are anything at all but soft. And this is something that I had thought about and had written about before attending this webinar and before reading this article.
