Steven Fletcher is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in real estate development, venture capital, and early-stage investments.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Steven went on to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at Princeton University, where he also played for the varsity football team.

During his time at Princeton, Steven co-founded the Princeton FinTech Club, connecting undergraduates with opportunities in the financial technology sector, and served as the Corporate Outreach Director for two years.

After graduating in 2018, Steven joined Kimble Properties, a real estate development firm specializing in historic property re-use, where he worked in the acquisitions team. Simultaneously, he also collaborated with an early-stage venture capital firm focusing on millennial-driven tech ventures.

In early 2020, Steven established Broken Arrow Holding, an early-stage investment company that concentrates on venture capital and real estate development in the domestic market. The firm has successfully made six investments across various sectors such as real estate, consumer packaged goods, software, and fitness.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Steven has held positions at Bay Crest Partners as a Sales and Trading Intern, at Princeton University's Pace Center for Civic Engagement as a Community Action and Development Associate, and at St. Anthonys High School as an Athletic Sports Director. He also gained experience in diverse roles such as a Summer Research Analyst at Cyprian Consulting and a Fundraising Consultant at Uplifting Athletes.
