Highlights
After serving as the Global Crisis and Issues Communications Center of Excellence Leader at Cargill, my time with the company has come to an end. Some of the highlights of my role included leading and implementing a best-in-class crisis communication approach, developing innovative strategies, and advising executive leaders on critical issues.
I am incredibly proud of the work my team and I accomplished, including the development of Cargill's first crisis and issues communications strategy and the execution of a global crisis strategy. These experiences have not only honed my skills but also reinforced my passion for strategic communications and crisis management.
As I move to the next phase of my career, I am eager to explore new opportunities that will allow me to leverage my expertise in crisis communications, public relations, and strategic leadership. I am grateful for the support and collaboration of my colleagues at Cargill and look forward to staying connected.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Here's to new beginnings and continuing my mission of showing up authentically with the hope that others will feel safe enough to do the same.
Happy LGBTQ+ Pride Month! This year, over 160+ Cargill sites have a Pride Flag flying across the globe in connection with this years theme “A place you belong.” I am so proud of this incredible company that genuinely believes Cargill is place we all belong.
No matter how challenging the work may be at times, I always know that I can bring my entire self to work, feel seen, and belong. I hope that showing up fully as myself every moment of every day will allow at least one person to walk out of the shadows and shine!
