Last week concluded one year of being a partner at Starbucks and 9 months in my role as a Store Manager. It has been one of the most challenging, enjoyable and fulfilling experiences I’ve ever had.
I have been fortunate enough to be a part of one of the most hard working, intelligent and supportive district teams. My peers have helped me foresee and navigate obstacles, been available for early morning and late night coaching sessions, and are a blast to be around. A lot of that credit goes to Ryan Stevens for assembling an incredible team of leaders by being a leader who is easy to follow, emulate, be challenged by and grow under.
The partners in my store have given me grace and space to continually improve myself as a leader, coach and fellow partner. I’m excited to see the wealth of leaders our team develops and the impact we are able to make on our community in Melissa.
I have to also shoutout my friends and fellow partners who have supported me over the past year: David Hollie and Christian Louton.
