This is exactly the case with ongoing Pakistan's floods and the human disaster which it has created for many years to come. Pakistan is among top 10 countries impacted by global climate change despite having a negligible carbon footprint of its own. Women and children are suffering more because of demographical differences and unicef reports more details on their sufferings.
Some experts are saying that parts of Southern Punjab and Balochistan provinces have been restored to the pre-1947 condition. Few of the official statistics are as follows though on ground causalities are much higher in numbers.
