Some crazy #AI breakthrough brewing at Nanoprecise Sci Corp.
Has anyone in the field of #conditionmonitoring thought of being able to determine a specific issue with a motor driven machinery without knowing any details of the machinery like its bearing number, gear ratio or even RPM?
Well, we are step closer to enable that for our customers.
With Nanoprecise Sci Corp's pattern finder, issues with different components inside machinery can be found without knowing the machinery's details.
As one can expect, nothing beats taking machine mechanical spec data upfront (if it is available), as that takes the least amount of time for AI to learn the pattern of specific faults (also known as spectrum-based fault diagnosis). However, for many old machinery in the plant, such data is simply not available. Thus, a need for our #patternfinder algorithm.
With support from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Caylent, we are working on some great ambitious AI projects, that will both:
- Significantly reduce the time to sale or expand
- and Reduce the time to RoI for customer Grt going Manpreet Singh and our entire R&D and product team! #conditionmonitoring #ai #genai #maintenance #energycenteredmaintenance
Really glad and not surprised to have won the "Cybersecurity Hardware Company of the Year" Award by Cyber Security Association of India, in collaboration with Exe Events under the leadership of our Cybersecurity lead, Faizan Ahmad Wani. Some other interesting facts about our cybersecurity credentials:
-
We already work with one of the strongest militaries in the world due to our cybersecurity credentials
-
One of our customer in Oil & Gas got hacked and wifi version of our sensors that were connected to their enterprise wifi, never got affected, even though their entire network and routers got affected. This really proves the point that we boast about our hardware that "Nanoprecise's MachineDoctor sensor is safe, even if you connect it to an unsecured wifi network". But even to avoid these, one should opt for our cellular e-sim enabled sensors.
Our commitment to cybersecurity is unwavering. We hold certifications such as SOC II Type II, UL2900-2-2, AES 256, and more, demonstrating our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of security. You can trust us to keep your systems safe.
I think a subtle message here to all CIOs and IT teams across enterprises in various industries is that cybersecurity standards and compliance, awareness, and application of the same to both IT and OT systems are key to preventing cyber attacks, not the age-old policies of avoiding using external devices out of fear of cyber-attacks. I understand it takes time to evaluate the cybersecurity credentials of any new technology; that is where one needs to evaluate a pilot at a bigger scale, as then the time spent in evaluating the cybersecurity credentials of a vendor is well worth it and can help an enterprise by welcoming a great technology.
