We sold the Asheville Yoga Center to the Ayurvedic Institute and it's sister organization Ayurprana.

It's a real win-win for all involved. The Institute will be moving onto the AYC campus in Asheville, in order to add yoga to it's many offerings. Many of you know Dr. Vasant Lad already, I know you are stoked he's moving here. They've got a huge vision and it's exciting times for the studio.

I want to take a moment to thank all of you out there that supported the studio through the years. 25 years! What a wild ride. I'm so grateful for each and every one of you that taught, staffed, volunteered, took classes and trainings and in general showed up.

Thanks to all those that stuck with us through this pandemic. You totally rock.

Thanks to all of you that put up with Steph and Sunny's crazy ways of running and growing a business.

Thanks to all of you that took your yoga off the mat and out into the world. You make the world a better place. Thanks to all that leveraged your training at AYC and opened your own business spreading the yoga love.

Thanks for all the lessons. Thanks for all the memories, connections, friendships and all that jazz.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Current students, know that nothing is changing now, everything remains the same with teachers, staff, classes, trainings, memberships, location, etc. etc. More info coming shortly.

I thought I'd share why I wake up everyday and do what I do.

The people I work with, the clients, the community, you couldn't ask for better peeps. I feel very blessed in that sense. My touchstone though, the real reason I put up with the stress of it all, is being able to serve my community with this offering. I get to see the positive impact the practice, teaching and study of yoga has on lives. I hear the stories of how that is carried out into the world and shared with others. This is a life well live, well served.
