Susan Hagstrom has recently culminated a 33-year career in advising and student support at prestigious public higher education institutions. Currently on a sabbatical, she is contemplating her next professional venture.
With an educational background that includes an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, a BA in Psychology and English from St. Olaf College, and multiple certificates in Gerontology from Portland Community College, Susan brings a wealth of academic knowledge and experience to her roles.

During her professional journey, Susan also served as a Certified Career and Life Coach in her private practice and held roles such as Senior Administrative Analyst/Staff Intern in the Chancellor's Immediate Office and Academic Adviser in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota.
