Susan Walker is a highly educated professional with a background in History, Political Science, French, and Business. She graduated Cum Laude from Gustavus Adolphus College where she majored in History & Political Science and minored in French & Business. Before that, she excelled in high school, graduating in the top 6% of her class from Richfield High School in 1971.

Throughout her career, Susan has held key roles in various organizations. She currently serves as a Humanitarian Affairs & Disarmament Adviser at Multilateral, providing consultancy services. Previously, she worked as a Senior Government Liaison Officer at Cluster Munition Coalition (CMC) and held multiple positions at the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) including ICBL CC, Co-Coordinator, Govt Liaison Officer, Intersessional Programme Officer, and Consultant. Her experience also extends to directorial roles at American Refugee Committee and Handicap International, where she served from 1979 to 2001, notably as Director in Thailand.
