Susanna Baker is a health systems strengthening specialist and global health program manager with a strong background in working and living in low and middle income countries. She holds a Master's in Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, a Certificate in Core Public Health Concepts from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University. Susanna has held various key positions in organizations like USAID, where she served as Systems and Program Sustainability Division Chief, Health Finance and Economics Branch Chief, Senior Multilateral Advisor, Deputy Health Office Chief, and Health Systems Strengthening Team Leader. She has also worked as the Global Fund Liaison at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a Public Health Advisor at USAID, and held roles as Peace Corps Volunteer Coordinator, Rural Public Health Volunteer, and Public Policy Fellow at the Population Institute.
