Susanne Roberts

Independent historian working on Florence's Spinelli Family 1550-1650.

Susanne Roberts is a dedicated historian currently focused on researching the Spinelli family of Florence during the period of 1550 to 1650.

She obtained her M.A. and Ph.D. in History from Harvard University, after completing her undergraduate degree in History at Smith College.

Susanne has been actively involved in various organizations, including working as a historian at Self-employed, a tutor at New Haven Reads, a distance fellow at Building Interactive Archives; Archivio Mediceo del Principato, a volunteer at IRIS (Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services), a librarian for European and Commonwealth History at Yale University, a European History Librarian at Yale University Library, and a Medievalist at Yale University.
