Suzanne's expertise includes teaching craft makers marketing through her Craft Alcohol Marketing Bootcamp, developing and executing social media campaigns, organizing consumer events like Meet the Maker, producing craft maker feature videos, writing articles, offering 1:1 consulting, and promoting craft alcohol brands she admires to her substantial audience.

Her specialties encompass consumer marketing, digital content creation, consumer insights, on-camera presence, video production, strategy development, public speaking, interviewing, and project management.

Suzanne holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in Economics from Framingham State University. She has held various roles at The Clorox Company, including Senior Director positions in innovation insights, brand insights, and consumer affairs. Suzanne has also been involved in founding and managing ventures like DolceVita Safari, LLC, and has served on the board of Hopalong Animal Rescue.
