Suzi Quillen is a crochet and knitting enthusiast with a passion for sharing her skills and creativity with others. Learning the crafts from her Grandma at a young age, she honed her talents and eventually started designing intricate patterns, specializing in repairing damaged heirloom lace.

Apart from her stitching expertise, Suzi is also a writer, photographer, and wellness advocate. She believes in the power of creative self-expression for personal growth and healing.

Under the moniker 'Rural Girl,' Suzi offers a variety of content including crochet designs, tutorials, healthy living tips, and insights into living with congenital hip dysplasia. Her goal is to motivate and inspire others to live their lives to the fullest.

Together with her husband, Suzi established Perfectly Knotty in 2014 as a cozy haven for knitting and crochet enthusiasts. The shop offers a wide selection of allergy-conscious fibers, patterns, and tools, along with classes and social gatherings for crafting enthusiasts.

Suzi's educational background includes studying Medical Assisting at Everest College and attending Inglemoor High School. She has been involved in various organizations, such as serving as the Empress of Yarn at Perfectly Knotty and holding positions in crochet design, enumerator, and instructor roles across different establishments.

Her professional experience spans roles ranging from Quality Technician to Marketing Director and Home Health Aide, showcasing her diverse skill set and dedication to making a positive impact in various fields.
