Currently, Svafa balances her roles across industry and academia, serving on the board of directors for publicly listed companies and collaborating with MITdesignX teams worldwide to drive impactful business solutions and enhance workplace wellbeing.

She applies a human-centered design approach to address intricate challenges, emphasizing the importance of meeting human needs to drive effective problem-solving.

Svafa Gronfeldt holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behaviour and Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), underpinning her academic prowess and strategic acumen.
