Sydney Rubin is a passionate advocate for designing collective experiences that foster growth, community, and well-being. With a belief in the power of shared events to create meaningful connections, Sydney has dedicated her career to enhancing various environments, from workplaces to music festivals.

Sydney Rubin holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Media Arts, Games, and Health from the University of Southern California. Her undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and English from Tufts University, as well as coursework in Positive Psychology at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS).

Throughout her career, Sydney Rubin has served in various roles that reflect her expertise in experience curation and positive psychology. She has been the Co-Founder and Head of Experience at Well-Crafted Collaborative, a consultant through Sydney Rubin Experiential Consulting, and has held communication and programming positions at the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). Sydney has also contributed to the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the University of Pennsylvania and volunteered with IPPA.

Sydney Rubin's educational background and diverse professional experiences have equipped her with a unique skill set in designing and implementing impactful and meaningful experiences. Her commitment to promoting well-being through positive connections shines through in her work across various organizations and projects.
