Tahmina Maskinyar is a talented professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Cultural Leadership from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), a Master of Architecture with High Distinction from The University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Environmental Design from The University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Throughout her career, Tahmina has held various important roles in renowned organizations. She served as a Project Manager for Sector Development at the Australia Council for the Arts for the Venice Biennale. Previously, she worked as a Project Manager in Art Consultancy at FORM - Building A State of Creativity, and as a Project Coordinator in Public Art, also at FORM. Her experience includes roles such as Graduate Design and Planning Officer at Perth Zoo, Studio Coordinator at The University of Western Australia, Graduate Architect and Urban Designer at CODA Studio: Architecture + Urban Design, Assistant Professor at The University of Western Australia, and Architectural Assistant at Olk and Associates.
