Takayoshi Kato is an accomplished professional with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in environmental science, economics, and management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Yokkaichi University, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and another Master's degree in Environmental Management from Kyoto University. With a robust educational foundation, Takayoshi has made significant contributions in various organizations, including the OECD - OCDE, where he has taken on multiple roles. He has served as a Policy Analyst in Climate Resilience and Development Co-operation and as a former Policy Analyst in Green Finance in Eurasia. Additionally, he has been a Committee Secretary for the GREEN Action Task Force and held positions as a Junior Policy Analyst and Management Consultant within the OECD - OCDE. Prior to his OECD roles, Takayoshi has gained valuable experience as a Management Consultant at Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting Co., Ltd., and as a Research Assistant at both Doshisha University and the Bavarian Institute for Applied Environmental Technology.
